USACAD is an organization in Pennsylvania dedicated
to uniting children with disabilities, their families and supporters. For too long, the voices of people
with disabilities have been unheard. Groups have been fragmented and separated from one another.
USACAD network represents a united alliance for all children across disabilities and their families
